WWII W2 Imperial Japanese Military Flagpole Army With Tripod 3 Piece Pole For Sale

Up for sale is a very nice flag pole and tripod. It has a decorative top with kanji on it. Unsure of what exactly it says. It's a 3 piece pole, plus the decorative finial unscrews. The tripod has a carrying case with the rising sun and Meatball flags crossed. The leather is ripped but it's still there. The fittings are a little loose but all still attached!
