COMMUNICATION

SHIPPING

• Shipping will occur 1 business day (Monday-Friday) after my receipt of payment.
• Shipping and handling are combined for multiple items won during the same calendar day. Please wait for the combined invoice to be generated.
• UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS – It is my policy to always request confirmationbefore shippingfrom the buyer if an unconfirmed shipping address is identified.

• Returns are only permitted when the item received is not as described in the item description.
• Buyer must contact the seller within 14 days of item received.
• If item was damaged during shipment, the buyer must provide visual proof of the damage. Once proof of damage is received by the seller, a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to the buyer.
• Once the item has been received in the same condition as the buyer received it, a refund to the buyer will be processed in Paypal (original purchase price + original shipping)

PAYMENT

• Payment is to be received by the seller within 7 calendar days of sale end or invoice date. Non-paying buyer process will be initiated if payment is not received within the time limit.
