Zenith Royal 705 (7) Transistor Portable Radio For Sale

Up for Sale is a Zenith Royal 705 portable AM radio. The radio’s front panel says “Long Distance” and in this case Zenith meant it. This is the hottest smaller receiver on AM you are likely to find. In my location in Southern Florida, there is hardly a quiet spot on the dial. Stations were received up and down the whole dial with good volume making this pup’s sensitivity something to brag about. It has been totally recapped and aligned for maximum performance and comes complete with 4 new AA batteries so it will be ready to play right out of the box.

Cosmetically, it leather handle is in good shape and so is its case. The two button fasteners on the back have been reinforced and are working OK to close the the rear flap. Shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage only to addresses in the U.S.A. It has been very carefully packed.
