This set is Extremely Rare and a must have for serious collectors!The petals are baby blue opaque...and the huge Inverted center stones are Purple which makes this set POP! Most Ruffle pins are unsigned as is this set. It has the hook and eye construction as well as the donut hole earring backs.The brooch measures 2\" 1/2 inches...but sits up really high.
