AMERICAN FLYER STANDARD. GAUGE FLYING COLONEL SET For Sale

Here is one of the most sought after standard gauge sets by American Flyer. \"THE FLYING COLONEL\". These are not reproductions. The loco & cars are original American Flyer. Set looks better than photo\'s! While these cars & loco are original, I do believe that portions of the set are an older restoration but done well. The loco called \"The Ace\" #4686 has more likely a restored cab, but done very well. Pony trucks are no doubt original. Tested and runs, but needs to be re-wired. Passenger cars include #4380 Club Car, $4381 Pullman Car, and #4382 Observation Car. All the trucks on the passenger cars are original as well as trim. Some flaking on the roof of the observation car. The set is well matched in color and really looks nice. You will pay much, much more for a near perfect set and all original.
