Up for sale is a rare antique early 19th century handmadeFrench Capodimontecasket box.It features white porcelain base set in ornate bronze hinge that has a clasp on the face.It is elaborately painted by hand with intricate and figural scenes done inhigh relief.the box displays wonderfully and measures 7inches long by 4 1/2 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches tall.It has a crack repair on the lid as shown in photos and still has some glue residue.
