A lovely MZ (Moritz Zdekauer) porcelain teapot from Austria. It's definitely antique, possibly 19th century - the two-headed eagle back stamp shows it was made somewhere between 1884 and 1909. Bright white with pink flowers, green leaves, and gold trim. It's quite small and classed as a 4-5 cup teapot. See the measurements below. In great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Not surprisingly for a 120-year old teapot, there is some wearing of the pattern and the gold trim, particularly on the handle (see last photo.) There are some pink and gold paint splashes from the manufacturing process which you can see in a few of the photos.
