Antique 19thC Stoneware Whites Utica New York #1 Butter Crock & Lid Hunters Deer For Sale

We are listing today for your consideration a great Antique 19th century Stoneware Salt Glazed Cobalt Blue Molded White\'s Utica New York Stag Deer Hunt Number 1 Butter Crock with Lid. This crock is in Excellent Condition with 1 old smooth chip to the underside of the outer rim of the lid and a very small surface glaze nick on the outer side edge of the lid. There are no other chips, cracks, and or repairs to either the lid or the crock. Very slight manufactured roughness with 1 pock mark to the hunter at left shoulder region. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition. The crock measures 5\" tall with lid x 4 1/2\" tall without x 7 1/4\" at the top rim x 6 7/8\" at the base, the lid\'s diameter is 7 1/4\", the handle is 1 1/8\" and the underside raised rim is 6 1/8\". Together with lid the crock weighs approximately 4lb. The crock is marked with an impressed 1, there were 6 sizes made, number 1, being the smallest and rarest, up to number 6 the largest. Great raised hunt scene of 2 hunters with priced stag deer, 2 other stag deer on the other side and 3 on the lid.
