This is a beautiful 800 SILVER Swan large (master) salt cellar or nut cup.It is pre-owned, and looks to be antique. It has beautiful detail. The wings can be opened. Just lovely!
This swan has a liner that pulls out. The liner is not 800 Silver, but the rest of the swan is entirely 800 Silver. The weight of the swan without the liner is 4.2 oz = 3.8 Troy oz.
Stamped \"800\"The Swan is in good condition overall. There are lots of tarnish spots on the inside of the wings and on the underside of swan....some all around. I am not sure if these can be polished out or not. Wear on the bottom underside. Minor wear overall. No dents. The inner liner cup has tarnish and lots of wear.The swan has lovely feather, feet and face details, and the wing hinges work well. Please see the photos, as these are part of the description.
