This is an antique fire alarm box pedestal from Trenton, NJ. It is about 7 feet tall, made of solid cast iron in two pieces that fit together, There is a removable plate on the front marked \"Electrical Bureau, Trenton, N.J.\" The back of the top section is marked \"FIRE.\" It is not marked \"Gamewell\" but collectors will recognize it as made by Gamewell. There would have been a fire alarm box in the top section - it is missing the alarm box, otherwise complete, with weathering, paint wear, aging, patina, etc - see photos. MUST BE PICKED UP - and it weighs a lot.
