Antique German GOEBEL Porcelain JENNY LIND Half Doll with ROSE in HAND For Sale

An antique William Goebel porcelain half doll depicting opera singer \"Jenny Lind\" the \"Swedish Nightingale\". She gives the rose in her delicate hand a pensive look and the face is particularly lovely. Molded roses in her hair. The blouse is decorated with transfer printed roses.
The leaf by the rose to the right in her hair may seem broken. The edge is, however, blunt and green. It doesn\'t look fixed but I am unable to tell for sure.
Minor nicks and chips along the bottom rim.
Impressed crown above \"WG\" mark at the back. \"39\" is painted inside.
