Antique Late 1800s Western Pennsylvania Blue Decorated Stoneware 1.5 Gallon Crock

10 1/2\" height
6 1/4\" outside rim diam
4 7/8\" inside rim diam
6 1/2\" bottom diam

This item is in very good condition.

There are some potter\'s flaws:glazed over crack on inside of the mouth (flaw does not show on the outside), small raised bumps, small holes (popped air bubbles?). There are two small flake chips on the mouth.

There is some dark residue under the rim and there is a yellow stain/residue on the outer edge of the rim. There are some dark spots around the bottom.

The highly decorative design is clear but slightly worn.The inside is glazed a dark brown/grey color. It is clean inside and out.

\"1 1/2\" has been written on near the bottom of the crock. There are no other maker\'s marks.
