THE SCABBARD IS LEATHER OVER METAL WITH GOLD GILT BRASS MOUNTS. THE BLADE IS STRAIGHT WITH FULLERS AND MADE OF HIGH QUALITY DAMASCUS STEEL. CONDITION IS GOOD WITH SOME PATINA, LEATHER ON SCABBARD IS RESTORED LATER. BLADE AND HILT ARE TIGHT. LIKELY 1700s.
