This Station Island Lighter mounts on top of a gas pump just as your regular globe would have and then your globe would have set inside of it and lighted just like normal but then the top portion at one time had a metal shade that also covered the top and it also would have lit up putting extra light on the gas station pump island area. We do not have the shade but we have seen places where you can buy that portion online reproduction. Veryrare gas station pump item that hardly ever comes up for sale and still has remnants of its original black and red paint. It mesures approx. 51\" tall from bottom to top shade mount tabs and approx. 22\" across at portion where globe set in the piece.
