You are offerding on an antique Ottoman Turkish kard dagger. It is a nice example with great features. It is silver mounted with great repousse handle and sheath. The blade has raised koftgari with script on one side and decorative on the other. It seems there is a signature also made with koftgari on the blade. The blade is made from nice well defined wootz. This is a good size dagger 15 inches overall with sheath, the blade is 8 inches long. The dagger is is in wonderful condition with an exception for the bolster area where there is a crack that was repaired at one point, no movement of the blade.
