antique vintage Frankart signed Art Deco nude lady figurine vase holder For Sale

This metal figure of a woman is by Frankart and is signed \"PAT\'D AUG. 7th 1928 D 76989\" and \"C FRANKART L.206\".  She is 7 and 3/4\" tall from the top of her head to the bottom of the platform. She is 8 1/2\" tall from the top of her outreached hand to the bottom of the platform. The base is a 3 1/2\" square. I have learned this is a vase holder. It originally would have held a Steuben bud vase. I am attaching a photo of what that may have looked like (found online). There is no vase in this listing.
