For Sale: Emerson Electric Co. electric desk/wall fan, Type 19644. I believe it was made around 1916 but I am not sure. The tag says No. 274799, Type 19644, Volts 110, Watts 30, and Cycles 60. The cage and blades appear to be brass as a magnet does not stick to them. The cage is in sad shape; the front is sideways to the back and it ishas one screw broken off in the strut. You can pull it back straight but then it just goes back. It is missing the switch in the base for the different speeds. Someone has rewired it to just start up when plugged in. It does run and puts out a good breeze. The blades measure 8\" and the fan stands 12\" tall. It is a nice fan that would make a great Christmas present for someone!!
