Antique Vintage Oriental Silver Enamel Guilloche Belt Russian Persian Islamic? For Sale

For sale is an exquisite antique or vintage solid silver .900 oriental belt.
Probably from russia or middle east. I was thinking russian because of the 84 mark, but i\'m not sure!
Marks: 84 NU 900There are marks on each little link of the belt.
The outside of the belt is gilt and decorated with enamel in blue, light blue, green and red colors.
This is truly a unique belt in great quality and deligthful workmanship!
