The case castings are perfect with extremely excellent original paint and no chips, cracks, welds or other repairs, ever. The wooden cabinet is near perfect also with great original finish and no subsequent repairs ever. The original back door still supports an original Mills lock with Mills key as does the cash box drawer. The cash box has its original handle and coin flap. The serial number on the exterior of the slot machine case matches the serial numbers inside the case. The original reel strips are extremely excellent, never patched or repaired. Ditto the original award card. All of the original chrome and polished parts are excellent.
