Shipping

At this time, we only offer international shipping via global shipping service to locations outside of the United States. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/POB addresses.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 14 business days of delivery. If the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned within 14 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), we will provide free return shipping. However, if your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 15%.
