Art Deco 1920\'s \"Frankart\" Modernistic Nude Lady Metal Statue w Glass Ball:
$225.00

Here is a stunning andoriginal 1920\'s Art Deco Frankart modernistic nude lady metalstatue holdingglass bubble ball from San Francisco Estate. Model T-301. Made by Frankart, Inc., New York, N.Y.Circa 1922. She is absolutely exquisite! The Frankart products are original works of art conceived and designed in the FRANKART Studio by Arthur von Frankenberg. This fabulous piece is one of his classics. It is signed \"Frankart\" and dated \"1922\" on the back of the base (see picture). She usually comes with an ashtray bowl, but this one has a large bubble ball resting on her leg. This wonderful deco lady has the famous \"Frankart\" look with hair swept back, head turned to the side, and that famous shy smile. She is standing on her tiptoes, with one leg bent up, and she is leaning backwards with arms in front of her, holding the glass ball on her leg. She is made of some kind of metal with a black satin finish - a magnet will not stick to her. The ball is made of clear crystal glass with tiny bubbles inside, it has a flat bottom (see picture), and it is quite heavy. The ball fits nicely in the lady\'s arms (see picture), and it rests securely on her leg. The overall measurement is 9-3/4\" tall and 6\" wide including the ball (5\" wide w/o ball). The ball measures 3-1/2\" wide. This stunning deco ladyis signed \"FRANKART T-301\" and is dated \"1922\" with copyright mark on the back of the base (see picture). The condition is amazingly very good or excellent - there are no chips, breaks, or repairs. She has been re-painted for appearance, and she has black felt on the bottom. The ball fits nicely, and she feels solid and firm. The estimated value was$750.00according to the estate. Our reserve is only $225.00. This fabulousdeco ladycame from an estate in San Francisco, andis vintage. She hasa great decolook - very modernistic and unique. Pictures don\'t do her justice. She istruly aquality piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone\'s collection.Buyer pays shipping. Thank you for offerding.
