B&K DYNASCAN 747B 747 TUBE TESTER VERY CLEAN BUT HAS FAULTY METER The meter goes about 1/2 way up the scale when there is no tube installed. I tried adjusting it with the screw but it would not go far enough over. It is selling as is as seen in the photos. I combine shipping to save you money.
