Indeed, this sleeve and many of the others I have up presently were part of this great \" Ohio Find \" taking place a store called \" Kondoff\'s Records \" in Miamisburg, Ohio in 2006! ALL OF THESE OLD STORE STOCK MINTY SLEEVES COME FROM THIS INCREDIBLE OLD STORE BACK ROOM STOCK! The store, \" Kondoff\'s Records \" was located in Miamisburg, Ohio. The store was open from the early 1950\'s and closed in 1970. The contents of this store were frozen in time as no one had been able to buy anything from the store over the past 35 years (until 2006!) It was a true time capsule of music, with LPs, 45s, posters, displays, magazines, etc..!
