This beautiful table-sized radio is a heavy transformer set with a beautiful marriage of Art Deco and Machine Age design that screams motion and high-art! This 76 year-old radio\'s physical condition is near mint - no cracks, chips, or breaks. There are three very minor areas with a superficial scratch - see pictures. The chassis is an All-American super-het 5 tuber that is playing with strong volume and no hum across the AM band spectrum. Restoration included replaced the power cord, some tubes, all paper/wax and eletrolytic caps so it plays without hum. The the chassis is fairly clean and in nice physical condition with no rust. The speaker is in very nice condition. Please look closely at all the pictures as they are part of the description. 60-day warranty on Tubes, replaced capacitors, resistors and labor.
