The factory\'s enamel frits are independently developed and produced. The glaze developed by the factory\'s company is in full compliance with food safety requirements.
Second- Foundry
90% of the orders made to the factory are machine made. The benefits of this are:

Next- Polishing
Grinding is for polishing the uneven surfaces so that the casting surface is flat.
Next Up- Blasting
Blasting is for cleaning impurities adhered on the surface of the casting.

All products go through three different spraying processes.
- one time for the bottom glaze
- two times for the surface glaze
Last- Inspection
Each item goes through a detailed inspection.
- Thermal shock test- heat the item with a special machine and make sure the product has no cracks, grain, or chipping.
- The hitting of steel balls- if there is no damage made to the enamel surface once a steel ball is drop from 1 meter high it passes the test.
- The acid test-checks for corrosion.
