19thC Antique Figural Eagle Head Militia Sword

This is a Nice Attic Fresh Ca. 1820-1840 Militia Officer Sword featuring a Very Nice looking Open Mouth Eagle with an Eagle covering the Ricasso on one side. There are no markings though this Sword is Guaranteed to be Authentic and over 175 Years old. There is no Scabbard present though the Eagle Head Pommel alone deserves to be on display. This sword was found in the Attic of an Allentown, PA Estate.

There is a light chip to the bone grip on one side and a discoloration on the other side. Light oxidation to the metal. No Scabbard is present.

We NEVER Have a Problem with Returns and will accept a Return for Any Reason within 14 days. We will pay the Return Shipping if we have made a mistake, otherwise if you have simply changed your mind or the spouse says its ugly, we ask that you pay for return Shipping.

If an item has been broken during shipment, which is Rare but occasionally happens, we always offer a choice of a Full or Partial Refund including the original shipping with photographic evidence of the damage. We use the highest quality packing materials & pack beyond UPS / USPS standards however occasionally packages are mishandled. A full return will generaly require the buyer to forfit the item to the postal carrier orto return it to the seller at the sellers cost.

All Items are fully Insured & 90% of the time the Buyer will be given a refund within 48 hours of providing photographic evidence of the damage while we wait for weeks on a refund from a postal claim.
