This is for a fantastic and completely original old art deco phenolic bakelite letter rack. It is mottled green and orange colour and ithasbeautiful soft geometric art deco styling and features classic stepped sides. It was made in the 1930s in England by Dickinson, and went under the name of Carvacraft.Carvacraft was a beautiful and exceptionally well designed range of desk-wear, all thepieceshad these wonderful curved and stepped geometric lines.It is marked on the base with the makers mark and it is in absolute A1 excellent condition with no damage at all and still retains its shiny lustrous finish. The basemeasures 152mm (6\") by 80mm (3\") and it stands 110mm (4.5\") tall.
