Casablanca 16mm feature film movie complete; example videos Bogart Bergman Rains:
$546.99

After purchasing of a lot of classic films from an estate sale, I am happy to offer for sale the full 16mm feature film \"Casablanca\" in its original box. The estate this is from was that of a film collector / archivist, and this film is in very good condition for its age. Complete on 3 metal reels, I can detect no overpowering odors or vinegar smell. This collector stored his films very well. I recorded 4 short videos of the actual print for your perusal, complete with full countdown leaders:

Reel 1 top & credits: http://youtu.be/6YVPqvY7VIE

Reel 1 end of credits & opening sequence: http://youtu.be/J28s4ZHqa5U

Reel 2 top: http://youtu.be/EPP3gimgD2E

Reel 3 top: http://youtu.be/Z-roS052rXU

Directed by Michael Curtiz, music by Max Steiner, 1942. In the videos linked above, I taped the first 90-ish seconds of each reel (normally the worst condition part) and the opening sequence in Reel 1 so you can decide for yourself the quality of the film. It shows a few very light lines but no physical splices, jump cuts or major issues. It ran very smoothly through my Bell & Howell Filmosound projector. Feel free to ask questions, I’ll try to answer them quickly. I have watched this entire movie and it is complete and in very good condition. I guarantee your satisfaction here and am attempting to describe this unique collectible item to the best of my ability. This is a very nice original print of a pretty amazing movie - haven’t seen another being saleed off on so now is your chance to add this classic film to your collection!

Pickpocket

Plot: In World War II Casablanca, Rick Blaine, exiled American and former freedom fighter, runs the most popular nightspot in town. The cynical lone wolf Blaine comes into the possession of two valuable letters of transit. When Nazi Major Strasser arrives in Casablanca, the sycophantic police Captain Renault does what he can to please him, including detaining a Czechoslovak underground leader Victor Laszlo. Much to Rick\'s surprise, Lazslo arrives with Ilsa, Rick\'s one time love. Rick is very bitter towards Ilsa, who ran out on him in Paris, but when he learns she had good reason to, they plan to run off together again using the letters of transit. Well, that was their original plan....

I will pack the reels very well and ship worldwide. Thanks for looking, good luck and please see my other sales.
