Circa 1790-1820 Black Glass Ale Or Porter, Crude Lopsided Lip, Nice Condition: $107.50
Here is a circa 1790\'s to 1820\'s black glass cylinder that you are sure to love, due to its fine original condition and very crude uneven lip. This example was dug by Tommy Mitchiner in an old Savannah, Georgia privy. It measures 9\" in height and nearly 4\" in base diameter. It easily passes light and is a nice yellow olive color. It features a nice crude top with laid on ring and cool off-centered opening. It also has a kick up base with sand chip type pontil. It is in fine condition with no damage whatsoever, and just a light haze that covers a good portion of the bottle.
