This souvenir pin-back is from the 1901 Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, NY. Perhaps the fair is best known for being the site of the assassination of President McKinley. The cello pin was given to visitors of the Swift & Company exposition.
The pin is in fair condition. The colors on the face are still vivid and the original paper backing is in excellent condition. The face does show considerable foxing around the curl. The damage can be observed in the first picture. The pin-back measures 1 1/4\" in diameter.
