EARLY PONTILED CHESTNUT BOTTLE \"CZ / 1805\" SCRATCHED IN SIDE OF BOTTLE W/CRACK For Sale

Here we have a pontiled chestnut bottle which has 18 CZ 05 scratched into it\'s side. This is probably an English example as the glass is quite heavy and thick. Also a bit of a different form and mouth than the American versions. Height is 8 3/4 inches. There is a crack which starts at the mouth opening and runs down into the neck, total length is 1 inch and is not noticeable upon display. A good early bottle, and one which \"CZ\" was proud to own in 1805.
