English dated seal bottle, 1794 Charles Gardner collection For Sale

This bottle is from the Charles Gardner sale. The seal reads John Pugh, with the date 1794. Bottle is mint with the exception of a 1/2 inch chip on the mouth. The chip was there when Gardner owned it, as I checked the catalog, and it was noted in the description. Has a huge jagged pontil on the base. Dated seal bottles are getting hard to come by these days. bottle stands just over 11 inches tall. Buyer pays $14 shipping. and low starting offer.

It says no damage on the title but I did not put that there. As noted there is a large chip on the mouth

I was asked about the chip. It is a very clean chip. I know a guy in Florida that can repair it very inexpensively, and make it disappear.
