Ernemann Ermanox 6.5x9cm Lens Ernemann Anastigmat Ernostar 1.8/12.5cm For Sale

This listing is for a classic Ernemann ERNOSTAR 12.5cm f1.8 lens for 6.5X9cm format. One of the original and first hi speed available light lenses. In fact I am selling the complete camera as pictured but the camera has issues so the buyer may want to take just the lens which is in excellent condition. The lens is free from any significant faults such as haze or fungus or separation. It has minor dust and dirt inside but nothing more than any lens of this age. The aperture blades are in perfect condition and the focus and aperture mechanisms work smoothly and perfectly. The camera body is missing two small caps on the ends of the struts and hence does not lock into place when extended. The shutter is jammed and does not fire. There are some pieces missing from the frame of the rear viewfinder glass and there are probably other issues as well. I consider I am selling the lens in good condition and if the buyer wants the camera body too then it will be included for free. If the winning buyer only wants the lens then they can deduct A$40 from the final price and this will reduce my shipping cost. I originally bought this camera to adapt the lens to my 203FE hasselblad but never got around to it. I had thought of adapting it to my Fujifilm GFX but now I feel it would be a shame to modify it which is why I am selling it after owning this lovely lens for more than 20 years.
