Excellent Antique J. E. Steven\'s Mechanical Cast Iron Bank in the image a 19th Century African American Man. The Bank is in excellent condition with original paint that has worn beautifully throughout, excellent patina. The Bank operates very well, the lever behind the left shoulder controls movement, pushing down on the lever begins the operation as the hand moves toward the mouth, the tongue retracts so the coin has room to enter, the eyes roll back and the lever returns to it\'s original position.
