EXTREMELY RARE KENTUCKY BITTERS~BOUVIER BUCHU BITTERS from LOUISVILLE,KY.~V.N.M. For Sale

WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. FIRST,.... be informed that this is ONLY a FIVE DAY LISTING. So here\'s an extremely rare and Very Near Mint bitters bottle from Louisville, Kentucky. The full embossing reads just as you see it in the 2nd photo. The photo wasn\'t provided as a reference to value; as there is only one past sale / realized price record which is dating back to a September, 1996 Glass Works sale. So there hasn\'t been an established, consistent record of price performance. What pic #2 is intended to reference, is the extreme rarity of this bottle. As mentioned previously, there\'s only ONE showing to have sold back in 1996. This photo is from the 2008 edition of ANTIQUE BOTTLE sale PRICE RESULTS by Jim & Lynn Mitchell; which goes back 20 years from 2008, of price histories of bottles sold at sale. So if the book is showing a record of just one example only, then that certainly says something about just how rare this bottle is; wouldn\'t you say? Some of you might be a bit more familiar with, and have seen the much more commonly encountered Bouvier Buchu Gin; but I would think that you most likely have never seen this Buchu Bitters before. So, this bottle has been professionally cleaned with excellent results. Also, there was a very small chip on the back side (opposite the embossed side) of the lip that has been repaired. I tried getting a photo of it (see pic #11), but it was done so very well that you wouldn\'t be able to see it in the photo. So the very small lip repair is the only thing that you should know about. Please view all photos carefully; as they too, are considered as being part of the description. Height is 10 1/2 inches. Want a bottle that most every other collector will not have an example of. This is THE one!!
