THE HEATH COLLECTION
from
UNION, MAINE

Ryanjordan71 is pleased to announce the distinct honor of being selected to sale the large, distinguished bottle and glass collection of  the late Muriel and Robert "Bob" Heath of Union, Maine. Formally speaking, the Heaths began their wonderful "bottle and glass hunt" in 1966 when they answered an invitation to what would unexpectedly turn out to be the charter meeting of the New England Bottle Club! The very next weekend, Bob would dig the "charter"  bottle (a deep green pepper sauce) of their collection at his parents farm in Union!  During the following nearly 30 years, there would be many "treasures" found, as the Heaths built their well known collection through local and distant sales, bottle and antique shows as well as buying directly from local pickers and antique dealers. As one long time Maine picker told us recently........"you never had to worry about a fair deal with the Heaths.....when Bob made an offer..... it was the right one"!
The Heaths "journey" was as much about people as it was about glass! Muriel (who passed  in March of 2017 at age 97), related so poignantly "the real treasures were the friends we made along the way"!
In the winter of 2013, we were asked to sell the Heaths fine fruit jar collection at .  Once again in 2014, we were chosen to market and sell a larger part of the Heaths bottles and glass rolling pin collection. Once again, being pleased with both the level of enthusiasm and wide geographical interest, Muriel's family has chosen Ryanjordan71 to handle the final remainder of the Heath collection. For this "tip of the cap" we are, again,  very grateful!
Their prolific collection includes early bottles, glass and MUCH MORE!!
Please follow along with us in the coming weeks and months as we offer things from this superb MARKET FRESH Maine collection. ......all being sold with !
Nothing has been added to the Heath collection for twenty years!

ALL MAINE BUYERS are responsible for 5.5% Maine State Sales Tax, unless you fax or enclose a current and valid copy of your Maine Resale License along with your payment.

ALL PIECES ARE GUARANTEED TO BE "AS DESCRIBED"!!!!

Thanks for looking and good luck!
