FISHER 400 STEREO TUBE RECEIVER WORKS GREAT For Sale

The rich and musical sounding Fisher 400Receiver in good working condition just serviced by my local technician who loves to service vintage tube gear. The only replacement power supply capacitor he had available was taller than stock, so this unit will not slide into wood casework unless a different capacitor was installed by you of shorter length. All functions work and I believe all the tubes are American vintage. The classic Fisher receivers all have an amazing tonal quality that just melts your heart. I have enjoyed the 500C and rarer 800B and 800C and am pleased to offer you this 400 for your listening pleasure. Forsafety I could screw it to a wood sheet trapped in with styrofoam borders so that nothing really touches the top surfaces, face or rear in shipping. Let me know if you want the tubes left in place during shipment, or removed and wrapped.Being a fragile vintage piece, I would not want a return on this item, but will be reasonable if unexpected problems from shipping arise for partial refundreimbursement.
