Item Description Franklin Mint porcelain hand painted eagle landing on a full lead- crystal bell depicting the USA white house, sterling silver eagle coin bell clapper coated in 24 K gold, made by artist RONALD VAN RUYCKEVELT. It measures 12\" tall. Book value of this piece is $ 400-$500. This bell has a chip on the base and a repair in the tip of a wing.I tried to get picture of it. (see last picture)Priced accordingly.
