HAND FORGED PEWTER INLAY PIPE TOMAHAWK - SEARS For Sale

Up for sale is a 24-1/2\" long Batwing Cutout Hand Forged Pipe Tomahawk. This piece has been in the Sears Collection for many years. It got a plaque which is pictured and will come with the piece. The handle is approximately 24-1/2\" long and is pewter inlayed in 4 areas. All of the pewter is still in the handle. A few pieces are cracked. The mouthpiece is pewter. There is one suspension hole for the handle. The handle has remnants of Fire Branding. The head is approximately 10-3/4\" long and the bit is 4-3/8\" wide and has been sharpened to an angle. The tomahawk was probably 3/4\" longer on one side of the bit. I believe the cutout is what they call a Double Batwing. The Tomahawk is hand forged. A pleasing overall patina to the piece.
