Hickok TV-7 D/U Vintage Vacuum Tube Tester Test Amp Hifi As Is Military Tv7D For Sale

Up for aucton is a vintage TV-7D/U tube tester. Hickok made for the military. Very rare and well respected tester. 

I acquired this a while back with the intent to troubleshoot, restore, and use it, but I do not foresee me having the time in the foreseeable future, and it should go to someone that can give it the time and service it needs to be 100%

I have plugged in and powered up this tester. It comes up to line. 

It tests a known good 6l6 quite a bit lower lower than my calibrated 539C. It will need some repair/calibration to be 100% 

Has reproduction tube settings book.  

The faceplate on this tester is slightly bowed. It seems like sometime in its life someone may have gotten overzealous with the screwdriver and overtightened the screws. It doesn\'t effect anything electronically, but I wanted to mention it.

A few screws are missing. See last picture.
