Huge lot of over 36,000 photographic slides. This is a great opportunity for a reseller or collector. It is about 143 lbs. worth of slides, not including the boxes. I estimate there are actually about 38,000 slides, but to be safe, I am selling them as 36,000+ slides. The vast majority are original slides, but there are some duplicate slides and commercial slides. These are primarily 35mm slides, but there are some others mixed in, including 126 format, 127 format, and 828 format. Most are in cardboard mounts, but there are also some plastic mounts and glass mounts. There are many different film types represented, including a lot of Kodachrome and Ektachrome. These slides date from at least as early as the 1940s and range to at least as late as the 1980s, but there might be some as early as the late 1930s and there might be some more recent than the 1980s. Subject matter varies widely, including many family slides and many travel slides from all over the country and all over the world.
