The piece is most certainly middle eastern in origin and may possibly be Yemeni. It is composed of sterling silver and turquoise beads with red glass stones accenting three repousse silver panels. The pieces is beautifully made and of the highest quality. It measures approx 21 1/4\" long x 3 1/4\" wide at center. The catch is marked with Arabic numerals that are the equivalent of 925. I tested a few different areas and am confident that the entire necklace is sterling silver. The condition is excellent with no damage and light wear consistent with age.
