Collecting Movie Posters
Movie posters were never meant to be sold to the public or were they produced to be collected. Movie posters were made to advertise current and upcoming movies, and were simply used up or thrown away. Movie posters were printed in limited quantities, not mass produced. No one knows exactly how many original posters were printed or how many were used or destroyed.
Collectors and collections are as diverse as the movies. Many collect by star, director or character; by categories sci-fi, noir, crime, sports, 50\'s, musicals, rock; by art or artist; the list is endless.
Old advice is the best advice, buy what you love. If you love it, others will too.

If you are unsure of a poster, please ask for more information and/or photos.
We do not recommend shipping any package without insurance. Vertigoposters will NOT be responsible for any uninsured packages.

You may pay for your purchase in the following ways: PayPal Major credit card through the secure PayPal server.

Shipping
Orders are packed securely and are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped Air Mail, which does not include a tracking number. If you require a faster shipping method, delivery confirmation or a tracking number, please request this at the time of your order. An additional charge will apply.
Average delivery time for orders shipped Air Mail is one to two weeks.
All orders are insured and insurance is included in the shipping charge, there is no additional fee.
Folded and rolled posters will be shipped in separate packages but I will combine shipping if I can.
Please Note: I take pride in my postage and packaging. I am foremost a collector and I will ship the item in the same was I would expect to receive it, secure and using only super strong materials to ensure it arrives safely to you.
Returns
If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase:
Notify us immediately.
Return the item in the same condition it was received in within 7 days.
Once we receive the item, we will refund the full purchase price less the shipping charge.
Condition
We may use clips or magnets to photograph our posters. They may appear to be holes in the border, but they are not.
MINT:a much desired but seldom attainable condition
NEAR MINT:a beautiful poster, virtually unused, may have slightest of wear.
FINE: Light use with no serious defects, a relatively clean specimen
VERY GOOD:perfectly acceptable for your collection, may have border damage, repairable tears, fold damage. etc. a poster that could be repaired easily.
GOOD:Heavily used but probably presentable if framed, image area is not significantly damaged
FAIR:Very heavily used, expect some damage to image area, a poster needing restoration
