This appeals to our love of post modern and newer tech all in one perfect package. it has the knob to tune in the station, which I love since it was what I grew up with and the nostalgic feature alone is worth it to me. the plastic casing around the radio is a high quality which reminds me of the 50's bakelite that was so popular back them. it has a port in the back for headphone jacks which my kids use to plug in their phone song lists and the sound is loud and crisp, just the right blend of treble and bass. this is a perfect addition to our home and gets more use then our Bluetooth speaker right next to it for 4 times the cost!
