When item arrived there was a hole in the top of ornament. Seller said it probably happened in transit. Well then if it did where is the glass at. It sure was not in box. And because seller refused to give me return slip I took it to the top. Ebay was kind enough to refund my money. This seller never wanted to recognize the damage , it was obvious it was broke prior. Lesson learned , if they have no return on their listings that tells me they will not stand behind their product. Beware.
