The sword I purchased arrived damaged and missing the bag. Item description says iron tsuba but it was plastic. Seller first offered to send a replacement for an extra charge. When I opened a return with eBay the seller suddenly offered to send a replacement at no charge. I have contacted them several times to check on the status of the shipping. I keep getting different answers and I feel they are delaying. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
