Was supposed to be discounted for multiple items; charged full price for each. Asked about combined shipping; charged full shipping price for each item even though they combined and shipped them together. I paid right away but they didn’t ship until almost 2 weeks later after I contacted them about shipping the items. I paid for expedited shipping. They shipped ground after waiting 2 weeks. The power cords had some pet hairs and grease all over them. Not well packed. Messy styrofoam all over.

Incorrect on shipping. we COMBINED these in one box and you still saved. Dog hairs? Grease? That is dielectric grease for outdoor use, we should have cleaned better. We listed these items as OVERSIZED and the freight rate agreed. There was never an agreement nor did we offer EXPEDITED freight, you did not pay for expedited you paid more than a fair price for a large packed item as per our listing.
Never once contacted us about these issues our first complaint in over 600 positive feedback.
