I am also a seller and really hate leaving negative feedback, but in this case I decided to do it. The item was just thrown into a box with no packaging to protect items from rubbing. Items were not new and arrived banged up. I contacted the seller and the reply I got was "The delivery services are overwhelmed this time of year but normally are pretty good." There is no excuse for very poor packaging.
