The puppet arrived even better than described. The puppet was very well made and higher quality than I was expecting for the price. My soon was over the moon and very happy. He’s obsessed with Jeffy and all his friends from You Tube. The package arrived later than it was projected, too. This often happens living in Hawaii. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. They reached out to me as soon as it was delayed and were very responsive throughout the whole process.
