Product was exactly as described. Unfortunately the product box was not packed inside a shipping box and it was fairly banged up by time I received it because the skillet is so heavy. The item is a Christmas gift so a torn and mashed box is not very nice for presentation. I did notify the seller of the issue, but received no response. Since the product itself is in good condition (can't kill a cast iron skillet), I am still giving a positive response.
